Lotus Rice has built and invested in the 4F system – a model that helps us control the quality of the entire process of our rice production. It guides us the right way toward the ultimate goals in doing our business. Every grain of Lotus Rice is meant to be a prime part in the recipe of families’ happiness, fulfilling both their physical and spiritual needs.

Starting from the seed that we scatter around the fields, all supplied by Cuu Long Delta Rice Research Institute or CLRRI – a Vietnam Government institute specializing in rice and rice cultivation research. Lotus Rice cooperates with farmers in rice cultivation on 6000 hectares of paddy fields across Mekong Delta, Vietnam which enables us to grow many rice varieties with consistent quality. We cooperate with farmers in contract farming to ensure the farming practice follows EU, US regulations in terms of pesticides & chemical residues

After harvesting, raw materials are tested and sorted to select the best rice and then stored in Silos. Lotus Rice invests in state-of-the-art rice plants with cutting-edge facilities, and comply with global quality standards such as BRC, HACCP, ISO,…Rice is produced under our processing system from seed selection, cultivation, harvesting, milling, processing, packing to loading.
Since early 2023, the 2nd processing plant has been operating, increasing the total production capacity.

We have built diverse distribution channels including wholesale, HORECA, modern trade, and retail. Lotus Rice has helped its customers reach their targets in all aspects of the business.
